Founder & Head of School
Ms. Rozina Ali
A Passion for Montessori Education
Ms. Rozina’s journey into Montessori education began as a parent, witnessing her own children’s “aha” moments and developmental growth. Inspired by the transformative impact of the Montessori approach, she dedicated her life to shaping the future through today’s children.
Leadership & Impact
For the past 15 years, Ms. Rozina has served as the Head of School at Casa Dei Bambini and Petite Maison Montessori, leading over 1,700 families through their Montessori journey. As the founder, she has expanded her vision to four campuses across Houston, Texas, and Aurora, Illinois, providing an authentic Montessori experience focused on developing the whole child.

- 2020 CKW LUXE’s Top 20 Impact Makers – Honoring her contributions to education and community service.
- Proclamation from County Commissioner Ken R. DeMerchant (August 25, 2020) – Recognized on the centennial anniversary of Women’s Equality Day for her leadership as a woman in education.

Director
Ms. Gule Andrabi
Gule Andrabi is a Montessori educator with over 25 years of teaching and consulting experience. Her initial involvement began with her three kids who have gone through the Montessori system of education. She then acquired both Early Childhood (3 – 6 years) and Elementary (6 – 9 years) teaching credentials through American Montessori Society (AMS).
As a master teacher, she has mentored interns undergoing Montessori training and acted as an examiner. She has obtained her consultant certificate from Houston Montessori Center (HMC) and worked as a field consultant in the Greater Houston area. Additionally, she has completed her Child Care Administrator Credential Program. She has also obtained her Montessori administrator certificate from Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). As a practicing Montessorian, Gule has helped set up home school environments for toddler and primary students, has conducted workshops overseas, and has written various articles on education. She is passionate about studying and spreading the Montessori Method of teaching, not just to students, but to parents, fellow educators and others interested in learning more about Montessori education.
As a caring member of the Houston community, Gule supports a number of diverse organizations in the area that promote issues facing underrepresented communities. She has served as a chair with Asians Against Domestic Abuse (AADA) and honorary chair with DAYA. She was a member of the President’s Circle in Development in Literacy (DIL). She has also served as a sponsorship chair for Indus Arts Council (IAC) and now serves on their Board as a Fundraising Chair. With her experience and expertise in education, Gule helps IAC in Urdu curriculum-building decisions and sharing ideas that promote the Urdu language nationally. She is also on the executive committee of Shifa Women’s Center and the advisory board of Kids’ Meals. She feels volunteering gives her a sense of purpose and connection to the community.
In 2022, Gule was named as one of CKW LUXE’s Top 20 Impact Maker Awards honorees with the Top 20 Mother-Daughter Impact Award, together with her daughter Sara Andrabi. The award honors humanitarians who are generous in their support of others, dedicated to improving lives and living conditions, and devoted to finding better ways of helping. The award was accompanied by a certificate of recognition from the 18th Congressional District of Texas, the City of Houston and the City of Sugar Land.

Head of Administration
Ms. Vijaya Thiagarajan
Ms. Vijaya Thiagarajan holds Bachelors degree in Accounting and Masters in Information Technology. This is her 8th year at Casa Dei Bambini Montessori Schools. She is the Head of Administration. She believes that “when you choose a job that you love, you will never have to work a day in your life”. She looks forward to meeting each of you and assisting you throughout this year, and many more to come.
