Lead Teacher

Ms. Menaz Dewani

My name is Menaz Dewani. I have been a teacher for the past 4 years at Casa Dei Bambini. I am excited to take on this environment and bring refinement and lots of joy into the classroom.

My goal is to transform these young minds and to expose our toddlers to a beautiful, rich language that they will absorb with ease. Just as a child can learn the names of different fruits, they can learn names of different vehicles from front end loader to mobile cranes, or different birds, from flamingoes to toucans.
I believe every child should be encouraged to learn and grow and that the child intrinsically knows what they need to be working on to develop. This means that if we provide them with a rich environment to explore, we don’t need to force them to learn or develop differently from their peers. We can trust that they are developing along their unique path, in their unique way on their unique timeline.

“The goal of early childhood education should be to activate the child’s own natural desire to learn.”- Maria Montessori
