Lead Teacher

Ms. Alexandra Dravis

Ms. Alexandra Dravis is a graduate of Houston Baptist University where she earned a BS in Education and English. She began her education journey in the High School classroom teaching 11 th grade American Literature. She has a sister who has been a Montessori teacher in the Elementary environment and shared her love of the Montessori way. This inspired Ms. Alex to learn more about Montessori education for her own children. She and her husband, Matthew, now send all 5 of them to Casa Dei Bambini. Through her children she has discovered a passion for all things Montessori. She is thrilled to be at Casa as a Toddler Lead Guide.

Ms. Nasira Ali

Nasira Ali has worked with Casa Dei Bambini for three years. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from St. Josephs College. Along with that, she attained her Primary Montessori Credentials from Association Montessori International (AMI). After working in the field for a while, Nasira wished to pursue another credential in Infant and Toddlers through American Montessori Society (AMS). Nasira focuses on individualizing care to each child’s needs and strives to form a productive, stimulating and fun Montessori experience. She loves working with children and believes in developing a positive attitude towards school and learning.

Lead Teacher

Ms. Semira Ghesani

Semira Ghesani has been a teacher at Casa Dei Bambini for 10 years, and has a total of 16 years of experience in working with young children. She is passionate about working and interacting with children, and believes that her role as a Montessori teacher is both a wonderful opportunity and important responsibility. Ms. Ghesani loves teaching and nurturing our youngest minds, and watching children grow into capable human beings because of the choices they are allowed to make. Her greatest satisfaction is knowing that she made a difference in your child’s life. Ms. Ghesani holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Teaching Credential from the American Montessori Society Infant/Toddler Program. She continues professional development to ensure that your child receives the benefits of the latest knowledge, pedagogy, and practice in Early Childhood Development.

Ms. Rita Hajenlian

Ms. Rita Hajenlian is a dedicated professional with a passion for education. She embarked on her educational journey in California, spending over five years at a private school where she cultivated her love for working with toddlers. Her commitment to toddler and early childhood education led her to Pasadena City College in California, where she pursued and completed her degree successfully.

Throughout her academic and professional journey, Rita has demonstrated a deep appreciation for the Montessori approach to education. Her passion for working with young children and her educational background make her an asset in the field of education. Rita’s dedication to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for toddlers reflects her commitment to the principles and practices of Montessori education.
