Assistant Director

Ms. Namrata Soni

My journey with children started 18 years ago in Tulsa, Oklahoma, first as a substitute teacher and later as an assistant teacher for special education children. When my family moved to Sugar Land, Texas, I joined Casa Dei Bambini Montessori School as an assistant teacher. Montessori teaching was relatively new to me, but within a short period of time, I began developing a love for the Montessori Method. I decided to pursue my certification and earned my Early Childhood Credentials from the Houston Montessori Center.

Now, with over 13 years of dedicated experience in Montessori education, I have had the opportunity to serve as a Mentor Teacher and Assistant Director. I am a collaborative team player who contributes to the positive culture of the school. Additionally, as a field consultant for the Houston Montessori Center, I provide valuable insights and support to fellow educators.

I am passionate about Montessori philosophy and enjoy creating beautifully prepared environments that blend creativity and structure to inspire children to explore and learn. My goal is always to foster curiosity and independence, and to support young learners.

My Montessori journey has been a delightful and satisfying experience. I will continue to impact the lives of children by guiding them on their educational journey with warmth, patience, and a deep understanding of each child’s unique potential.
